I enjoyed the peace

Rooms are always clean I had booked a room but wasn’t pet friendly and he found a room for me no extra charge just gave it to me Nice!

The pillows were horrible . The pool was over stuffed with kids cause it’s very small. The kids were unsupervised and out of control noisy, But other then that it was an ok stay . Didn’t sleep well at all just due to very very crappy pillows. Jacuzzi wasn’t as powerful as I remember it to be either but it worked. Very expensive place to stay and breakfast is only served till 8 am .. check out is at 11 . I found that inadequate for the amount of people jammed in the dining area for the limit time you had to eat .

Salt stains in room, bathroom tight to manoeuvre. Staff lovely. Breakfast mediocre.

You need to install door openers for mobility disabled people. When nobody is at the front desk, it is impossible for somebody to enter your establishment on their own. You should also have an opener on the door going into the rooms on first floor. This is law. Shocking to have this experience in 2026! Super 8 Sudbury you need to do a lot better!!!! I had to ask the guests having their breakfast this am to hold open the doors for me so I could leave the hotel this morning because there was nobody at the front desk. Understandably everybody needs to use the washroom or emergencies happen, but this is a perfect example of why you should have those door openers installed ASAP.
